Your Appointment:
When you call the spa to make an appointment a credit card will be required to hold your reservation (tanning and sauna appointments do NOT require a credit card to hold the appointment). Please allow 10-15 minutes to find parking if you are parking on the street. There is a parking garage located 1 block from the spa on Clay Street at Webster.

Gift Certificates, Prepaid Packages and Series are non-refundable

Cancellations:
We understand that your plans may change. If you do need to change your appointment, we ask that you please just let us know as soon as possible. We do have a 24 hour cancellation policy. Please call at least 24 hours before your appointment to avoid a 50% cancellation charge. No show appointments are charged for the full price of the service.

Payment:
Personal checks are not accepted. We gladly accept Visa, Master Card, American Express, Discover Card or cash. Gratuities are not included in the service price and may be paid in cash or added to your credit card. Prices and menus are subject to change without notice.

Driving Directions:
From the North Bay:
101 South over GG Bridge to Lombard Street, continue east for about one mile to Fillmore Street. Right on Fillmore, up the hill to Clay.

From The Peninsula And South Bay:
280 North to 19th Avenue. Continue another 3 miles to California St. Right on California St. Go about 3 miles to Fillmore St., left on Fillmore to Clay St.

From The East Bay:
Bay Bridge to Fremont exit. North three lights to Pine Street, left on Pine St. for about 3 miles to Fillmore St., right on Fillmore to Clay St.
